Ragasa draws near China's Hong Kong and Guangdong

Super typhoon Ragasa swept past about 100 kilometers south of Hong Kong Wednesday morning, bringing strong winds and heavy rainstorms. The typhoon is expected to make landfall later in the day along the central or western coast of Guangdong. #TyphoonRagasa #HongKong #Guangdong
